John Dell and Michael Philip provide the managerial, marketing and creative experience to the Doug Mayberry Property Management team. Our goal is to provide the highest level of quality property management services to both our owners and their guests.
As the Executive Property Manager, John manages the day-to-day operations of the property management division. John contributes the strengths of seven years of property management experience in Key West together with over 30 years of high-level managerial expertise in government and the private sector. He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. Originally from Upstate New York, John claims he’s still thawing out after having been a Key West full time resident and homeowner for 17 years. John is an active member of various civic organizations in Key West.
Michael is the quality control specialist to assure the highest standards and level of service to the property owners and guests. A published architectural photographer, Michael is also charged with the photography, staging and styling of all the properties in our collection. Born in Trinidad and raised in Venezuela, Michael holds a BA in Psychology and two Master’s Degrees in Communication Arts. Michael lived in New York City for 14 years before moving to Key West 20 years ago. He is a homeowner and a supporter of many local community organizations.
John and Michael are licensed Real Estate Agents and Certified Property Management Executives. They have assembled a well trained, highly professional, licensed and insured group of service providers to serve both clients and guests.
Hemmy is a six toed (a polydactyl!) Conch cat who adopted the property management team and, due to a proclivity to be out and about town, and lounging or entertaining at some of Key West’s finest homes, was promptly recruited to write our property management blog…but only when the mood strikes. Through Hemmy’s blog you will make friends with a wide array of Key West characters and you will learn about the fun events and happenings in Key West from an insider’s point of view.
