Meet and Greet: Upon arrival you will be personally met by one of our property managers who will take the time and care to show you the ins and outs of the property. At that time, you will be provided important contact numbers and local information.
Amenities in the property: snacks and beverages await you in the fridge; soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. Local coffee and Key West mango bread will be in the kitchen so you can kick off the first day of your stay the Key West way. In the rare event you arrive in Key West before your luggage, we can assist you in obtaining basic necessities until your luggage arrives.
Guest Book: Each property contains a specialized guest book with detailed information about the property, services and amenities available on the Island.

Towels and linens: If you wish, a mid-stay visit by our housekeeping staff can be arranged to exchange your towels and linens for fresh ones. Each property comes with great beach towels and lots of pillows for you to enjoy at the beach or on your bed. We can also arrange for maid service everyday if you so wish at modest extra cost.
Restaurant Reservations: With over 300 bars and restaurants in Key West, we can personally assist you in sorting through them with our restaurant recommendations and reservations. Whether you crave fine dining or just a delicious fish sandwich, we can help.
Activity Reservations: Sightseeing tours, fishing charters, excursions, sunset cruises, bicycle rentals, electric cars, mopeds, snorkeling, kayak tours, parasailing, dives to the reef, massage therapy, yoga classes, personal trainers, photo shoots, golf, theatre tickets – the list is endless. Let us personally assist you with recommendations and reservations.
